Pastor Rick Donley was born in Seattle, Washington, and has lived most of his adult life in the Northwest. He was saved at the age of 10 and surrendered to the ministry at 16.
In preparation for ministry, Pastor Donley attended Hyles-Anderson College. There, he met his wife, Debbie, and they were married in August 1990. Upon graduation in 1992, the Donleys moved to Spokane, Washington, where they spent the next 19 years serving at Gospel Light Baptist Church and Faith Baptist Church.
In 2010, Pastor Donley was called to be the Senior Pastor at a church in Oregon. In April of 2022, the Donleys moved back to Spokane, where Pastor Donley once more served as an Assistant Pastor at Faith Baptist Church. Pastor Donley became the Senior Pastor of Faith Baptist Church in January 2025.
The Donleys are blessed with four sons, a beautiful daughter-in-law, and two precious grandchildren.
